Kevin Clark is an equity partner at Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, LLC. He received his Juris Doctor Degree in 2002 from Southern Illinois University School of Law located in Carbondale, Illinois. Mr. Clark received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1999 from Southeast Missouri State University located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Mr. Clark concentrates his practice in tort litigation defense, including the areas of Insurance Defense, Insurance Coverage, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Employment Law and Premises Liability. Mr. Clark has tried numerous cases to favorable verdicts on behalf of his clients. He has trial and Appellate experience before both Missouri and Illinois Courts. Mr. Clark serves as an arbitrator for St. Clair County Illinois mandatory arbitration cases. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Mr. Clark is a member of both the Illinois Bar Association and the Missouri Bar Association. He is a Charter Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. His other professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and the National Society of Professional Investigators. In 2009, Mr. Clark was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. This distinction is given to no more than 2.5% of lawyers who are either forty years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less.
