Robert K. Kerr practices in the area of workers' compensation, civil litigation, and subrogation. He has successfully
defended workers' compensation claims and civil jury trials in Missouri and Illinois, including
defending such matters on appeal. Mr. Kerr has significant experience in all aspects of workers'
compensation and civil litgation defense.
Mr. Kerr has been licensed to practice before courts in Missouri and Illinois since 1988. He is a member of
the Missouri Bar, Illinois Bar, Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers, and the Bar Association of
St. Louis. Mr. Kerr received both his B.S.B.A. and J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
