James R. Garrison is a partner with over thirty-five years experience in all aspects of civil defense litigation. He has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Illinois and Missouri. He has successfully argued numerous appeals and has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases. He has served as an arbitrator for the St. Clair County, Illinois Mandatory Arbitration System since its inception. He is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars and has taught business law at the university level.
