Robert K. Kerr


Robert Kerr has over twenty (20) years of defense litigation experience and has successfully defended civil jury trials and workers’ compensation hearings in Missouri and Illinois.  He primarily practices in the area of civil litigation and workers’ compensation. Mr. Kerr has significant experience in defending all aspects of civil litigation and workers’ compensation cases, from claim stage through appeal.

Mr. Kerr is licensed to practice before Courts in Missouri and Illinois.  He is a member of the Missouri Bar, Illinois Bar, and Missouri Organization of Defense Attorneys.  Mr. Kerr received both his B.S.B.A. and J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
