Congratulations to Michael J. Lach for the Summary Judgment obtained on behalf of the Defendant in the case of Pitre vs National General Insurance Company pending in Jackson County Missouri.

Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs were awarded two Corporate Philanthropy Awards given by the St. Louis Business Journal on Thursday, April 11th.  The two categories won were for Small Company and Highest Cash Giving as a Percentage of Revenue.
