Ms. Sullivan is licensed to practice law in Florida and Georgia. She has practiced law since 1990 focusing on Labor and Employment and Transactional/General Business Law. She was rasised  in Southern Illinois and recently returned to her roots joining the Marion, Illinois office of BALB as a paralegal. She has significant expertise working as a human resources professional and has saved numerous employers millions of dollars preventing and defending employment law claims.

Ms. Sullivan was appointed by Senator Charles H. Percy of Illinois as a United States Senate Page when she was in high school based on her outstanding achievements. She worked on the U.S. Senate floor in Washington, D.C. assisting Senators. She also interned as a contracts lawyer during her last year of law school at ABC Entertainment Network in Century City, California where she prepared contract and music licenses for television shows and movie studios. She also has experience drafting legislation which became law in Florida.
