Mr. Reed worked at a large insurance defense firm prior to joining Boggs, Avellino, Lach, and Boggs. Since joining the firm, he has handled numerous minors’ settlement files and wrongful death matters requiring court approval. He handles defense of a variety of matters, including automobile negligence, transportation & premises liability. He has completed extensive training on the Westlaw research database and is well versed in conducting legal and investigative research. He routinely attends court mandated conferences and has successfully argued various motions. His most recent trial experience includes being second-chair in a slip and fall case involving a large national retailer.
